Suitable for skiing. Absolutely stunning and huge room with balcony, amicable staff. Good customer service. Everything good. Location next to easy access by foot from the train station, various shops and restaurants, supermarket, train station and other shops.

Excellent place, I liked wonderful personnel.
The hotel was fairly large, clean and had satisfactory breakfast. There were incredible and outstanding rooms with balloons. A safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating were perfect. The property had a very central location in the centre of town with easy access to everything.

Not having air conditioning can. Bathroom design with narrow bathtubs lacking proper showers is frustrating and potentially unsafe!!!

The room was spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room for both the kids and our dog. Plus, the breakfast spread was quite enjoyable!
My kids wished for more play areas for them outdoors.

Perfect location for skiing in Zermatt
spa was only open from 5pm to 9pm so I never got to use it.

Central, yet quiet. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. I don't know about 'Value for money' - Zermatt is very expensive for English people.
